Paralysis Results

I felt a numbness, a tingling in my arms and hands. I also heard a buzzing noise in my ear that was pretty constant throughout the time I focused. My fingers twitched from time to time, I never achieved a state of actual Sleep Paralysis, however. I'm going to try again when I get home from school today.
